On
the Massachusetts coast, 16 miles north of Boston, historic Salem is
easily accessed by major highways, as well as by bus, train and ferry
service from Boston. Airport transportation arrangements are available.

From Boston and Logan Airport,
take Route 1A North. This will take you right into Salem. At the
intersection of Lafayette and Derby (fire station diagonally left) turn
right onto Derby Street. Go straight through the next intersection.
From here, Hardy Street is 0.3 miles on your right.
From I95 South, take exit 45 (Route
128 North, Gloucester – a left hand exit). Shortly after this you will
take Exit 25A (Route 114E). Follow the signs for Route 114 East closely
(from offramp, stay in the left lane to take a left at the first 4-way
intersection). From the offramp, follow Route 114E for approximately
2.9 miles until you reach the intersection with the 'Salem Witch House'
on your right. Take a left at this intersection onto Essex Street. At
the end of this street you will take a right onto Washington Street. At
the next set of lights, you will take a left onto New Derby Street. Go
straight through the next set of lights and from this point, Hardy
Street is 1/2 mile on your right.
