*Cancellation Policy

Please read the following policy carefully.

To ensure your protection, and that of the proprietor's, ALL cancellations to Morning Glory Bed & Breakfast must be made via e-mail

November through Septemer

A one night deposit is required at time of reservation.

The one night deposit is 100% refundable (less a $10 processing fee) unless:

The reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date;
otherwise, the one night deposit is non-refundable.
The reservation is cancelled within one week prior to the scheduled arrival date; otherwise, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

For all weekends and the Halloween stay, a one night, non-refundable deposit is required at time of reservation.

For all weekdays, a one night deposit is required at time of reservation.

The one night weekday deposit is 100% refundable (less a $10 processing fee) unless:

The reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date;
otherwise, the one night deposit is non-refundable.
The reservation is cancelled within two weeks of the scheduled arrival date;
otherwise, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

Due to the intimate size of Morning Glory B&B, cancellations affect the inn greatly and deposits will not be refunded for any other reason, (this includes sickness, surgery or death), so we encourage you to purchase travel insurance. That way, if an emergency were to occur, you would have additional recourse for cancelling your stay and potentially obtaining a refund.

*Please note that the reservation form requires that you check the box which states ‘I have read and agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.’
