Cancellation Policy

Due to the intimate size of Morning Glory B&B, cancellations affect the inn greatly. Please read the following policy carefully.

November through August

If your reservation is cancelled within seven (7) days of your scheduled
arrival date, a $35 cancellation fee will be charged to your account.

If your reservation is cancelled within forty-eight (48) hours of your scheduled
arrival date, a one nights stay will be charged to your account.

September & October

If your reservation is cancelled within fourteen (14) days of your
scheduled arrival date, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to your account.

If your reservation is cancelled within forty-eight (48) hours of your
scheduled arrival date, a one nights stay will be charged to your account.

Halloween and Weekend rates will vary.
Please note that during the month of October, a one night non-refundable
deposit is required to hold a room at time of reservation for the Halloween stay
and all weekend stays in October.

Please note that the reservation form requires that you check the box which states
‘I have read and agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.’
